About project

VGP Park Leipzig is situated at the intersection of Maximilianallee and the A14 motorway (Seehausen exit) and offers more than 50,000 m2 of class-A semi-industrial space. The site is close to the city centre, the trade fair grounds and attractive shopping.

The BMW and Porsche automotive plants are easily reachable. With its nearly 500,000 inhabitants, the city stands among Europe’s most progressively developing and popular cities. Together with the city of Halle, which is just 40 km from Leipzig, this metropolitan area is home for about 1,000,000 inhabitants.
