About project

Halle is a major business and scientific center in centraleastern Germany. With its 230,000 inhabitants, Halle is together with Leipzig, which is only 35 km far from site, a large and growing Central German Metropolitan Region with 1.7 million. The site is located within the industrial area Star Park Halle, adjacent to the motorway A14 with easy connection to other main motorways as A9, A38, A143 and highways B6, B80, B91 and B100.

Public transport connects the park and Halle city center. The new VGP Park in Halle will offer more than 77,000 m2 of semi-industrial premises, suitable for logistics, industrial and commercial activities.

Key facts
