About project

VGP is developing a new park west of Berlin. With their trimodality, the three areas in the freight service centre Berlin West Wustermark offer all logistics capabilities at a major hub for freight flows. The strategic position directly at the Berlin motorway (A10) and the outer rail ring as well as the Havel canal means excellent conditions for optimised distribution in the region as well as for the consolidation of nationwide and Europe-wide transport.

The labour and consumer markets of Berlin are readily within reach.

VGP offers high-quality buildings. Upon request, all rental spaces can be adapted according to the future tenant’s requirements. To a certain extent, adjustments may be made even if a building is already under construction. Moreover, we can of course accommodate the tenant’s special technical requirements.
