About project

VGP Park Berlin is located in Ludwigsfelde, a city to the south of Berlin in the district of Teltow-Fläming, in the industrial area of Brandenburg Park. On an area larger than 460,000 m2 will be developed more than 195,000 m2 of class-A semi-industrial premises suitable for logistics, industrial and commercial activities.

The site is adjacent to the B101 motorway connecting Ludwigsfelde and Berlin, with direct exit and entrance in both directions. Ludwigsfelde is part of the Berlin–Brandenburg Metropolitan Region, which has about 6 million inhabitants. Berlin itself has 3.5 million inhabitants and is Germany's largest city.
