About project

VGP Park Vyškov is situated in the northern part of the South Moravia Region, 40 km from Brno, in Vyškov’s Marchanice Industrial Zone. The city of approximately 21,000 inhabitants  is in the immediate vicinity of the D1 and D46 motorways connecting Prague, Brno, Olomouc, and Ostrava.

Vyškov’s advantageous position in the centre of Moravia, located among the important industrial and commercial cities of Prostějov, Brno, and Olomouc, makes the city very attractive. An important rail line to Brno, Olomouc and Ostrava also passes through the city. VGP is planning to develop here 24,470 m2 of area suitable for light industry and services.

VGP offers high-quality buildings. Upon request, all rental spaces can be adapted according to the future tenant’s requirements. To a certain extent, adjustments may be made even if a building is already under construction. Moreover, we can of course accommodate the tenant’s special technical requirements.
