About project

Located in Pilsen – Bručna on an area of 92,000 m2, the park offers more than 37,700 m2 of semi‑industrial space suitable for production, logistics and commercial activities. The park is adjacent to the E49 (20) and has easy access to the D5 motorway connecting the Czech Republic and Germany.

It is in an important business and industrial part of the Pilsen Region. With its 169,000 inhabitants, many secondary schools and two universities, Pilsen offers a highly qualified work force. The location has an excellent bus connection to the centre of Pilsen, and the Olympia Pilsen shopping mall is nearby.
