About project

The new VGP Park offers semi-industrial spaces at a prime location in the near vicinity of the city of Olomouc, at exit 37 of the R46 motorway near its intersection with the R35 motorway, offering connections to Brno, Ostrava and Hradec Králové. The newly constructed spaces are suitable for production, logistics and other commercial activities.

The location offers important access not only to Olomouc, which is among the most signifi cant cities in the Czech Republic because of its central position in Moravia, but also the two other cities marking the so-called “industrial triangle” – Přerov and Prostějov.

With its 100,000 residents, the important Palacký University and 24 vocational secondary schools, Olomouc offers a workforce with above-average qualifications.

VGP offers high-quality buildings. Upon request, all rental spaces can be adapted according to the future tenant’s requirements. To a certain extent, adjustments may be made even if a building is already under construction. Moreover, we can of course accommodate the tenant’s special technical requirements. An experienced VGP team of experts will work through these needs with the tenant and ensure a successful implementation.
