About project

VGP Park Brno is located at Rajhrad in the Brno-venkov district and offers more than 35,000 m2 of class-A warehouse, production and administrative space. The site is situated less than 10 km from the Moravian metropolis of Brno and is easily accessible from the R52/E461 motorway and by connection to the D1, linking Brno to Prague and Ostrava.

With over 380,000 inhabitants, many secondary schools, and six universities and colleges, Brno offers a highly qualified workforce.

VGP offers high-quality buildings. Upon request, all rental spaces can be adapted according to the future tenant’s requirements. To a certain extent, adjustments may be made even if a building is already under construction. Moreover, we can of course accommodate the tenant’s special technical requirements.
