About project

The new 92,000 m2 logistics and business park VGP Park Graz is located in the southeast of Austria, approx. 6 km south of the Styrian capital Graz (approx. 300,000 inhabitants) in one of the fastest growing agglomerations in Austria. Due to its location directly next to the A9/E57 motorway and the Kalsdorf motorway access, both visibility and connection are optimised.

Approximately 4 km north from the site there is the junction A2/A9, intersection of the important traffic routes A2 (Italy, Hungary, Slovakia and Czech Republic) and A9 (Germany, Slovenia and Croatia).

VGP offers high-quality buildings. Upon request, all rental spaces can be adapted according to the future tenant’s requirements. To a certain extent, adjustments may be made even if a building is already under construction. Moreover, we can of course accommodate the tenant’s special technical requirements.
