About project

With the Wetzlar park, VGP strengthens its strategic position in Central Germany. With the regional centres Wetzlar and Gießen, the Middle Hesse metropolitan region has roughly 320,000 inhabitants. Wetzlar is an important industrial and commercial centre as well as university town. There are close links with the Rhine-Main metropolitan region.

Wetzlar is located close to the highway junctions A45 × A485 and A45 × A5. As such, it is ideally suited for distribution in the region as well as in Germany. The good availability of labour as well as its central location promise a great potential.

VGP offers high-quality buildings. Upon request, all rental spaces can be adapted according to the future tenant’s requirements. To a certain extent, adjustments may be made even if a building is already under construction. Moreover, we can of course accommodate the tenant’s special technical requirements.
