VGP Park Ústí nad Labem off ers Class A semi-industrial buildings in a prime industrial zone, strategically located 8 km from Ústí nad Labem and 6 km from Teplice, directly adjacent to the E13 connecting Teplice and Děčín, located in Přestanov. The highway D8 (E55) connecting Prague and Dresden is less than 4 km from the site.

On the area of more than 141,000 m2 will be developed approximately 41,000 m2 of warehouse, production and administrative premises. Regularly scheduled public buses connect Přestanov – Teplice and Ústí nad Labem. Together, Ústí nad Labem and Teplice, have nearly 150,000 inhabitants. They off er a highly qualified workforce.
