About project

Semi-industrial park located in an industrial site Prague West in Tuchoměřice, directly adjacent to the R7 in direction Prague - Chomutov, at less than 3 kilometres from the Prague International airport – Ruzyně. VGP Park Tuchoměřice is located on more than 60,000 m2 with the total lettable area of 26,000 m2 of warehouse, production and administrative space.

Currently, one of two buildings is under construction with lettable area of ca 6,500 m2. The site is easily connected with public transport.

Key facts

VGP offers high-quality buildings. Upon request, all rental spaces can be adapted according to the future tenant’s requirements. To a certain extent, adjustments may be made even if a building is already under construction. Moreover, we can of course accommodate the tenant’s special technical requirements.
