About project

VGP Park Český Újezd is already the third VGP park in the Ústí nad Labem region. The new park is being constructed in Český Újezd, less than 13 km from Ústí nad Labem and in the immediate vicinity of the D8 motorway.

Český Újezd is part of the town of Chlumec, which has nearly 5,000 inhabitants. Český Újezd is connected by public transport to the surrounding villages and towns.

The park is situated in the immediate vicinity of the D8 freeway in the direction Prague – Dresden and it benefits from a direct entrance and exit in both directions (exit 74).

Key facts

VGP offers high-quality buildings. Upon request, all rental spaces can be adapted according to the future tenant’s requirements. To a certain extent, adjustments may be made even if a building is already under construction. Moreover, we can of course accommodate the tenant’s special technical requirements.
