VGP Park Horní Počernice is gradually being developed into an important industrial park, one of the largest on the territory of the Czech Republic. The construction was launched in spring of 2006 and the first halls were completed in autumn of the same year: companies such as Lekkerland, UTi (CZ), Siemens VDO, Sikla Bohemia, RM Gastro or Veba call them home now. Consecutively, construction of other halls followed, which are in turn handed over to their tenants. After the following acquisition, the current area will expand to 1,100,000 m2, with 380,000 m2 of built-up area. The park will offer warehousing and manufacturing facilities, as well as office buildings

Easy accessibility of the park is facilitated by a near vicinity of the skyway R10 between Prague, Mladá Boleslav and Liberec, connected with an access road right on site. These features, together with immediate neighbourhood of the capital city, make this location a very attractive one. There is also a regular bus line operating within the park, connecting 8 bus stops in the park with the metro station Černý Most.
