VGP Park Mladá Boleslav is located in the Mladá Boleslav – Plazy industrial zone situated in the close neighborhood of the R10/E65 highway connecting Prague with Liberec, less than 2 km from a Škoda Auto production plant.

The overall built-up area exceeds 27,900 m² of storage, production and administration premises.

The area is an important industrial zone where many significant companies have their headquarters; companies in the automotive industry and related fields dominate (Mladá Boleslav, Kolín). Another major advantage is good accessibility to the capital supported by an integrated transport system with a direct connection to/from Prague. Accessibility to the Mladá Boleslav city center is ensured by regular bus lines. There is also a large shopping centre, Olympia, located near the zone.
