Blue Park was founded in 2003 as one of the first own projects of VGP. Two years later, it was followed by an enlargement of the original and already insufficient premises of Activa, a leading office supply provider. Currently, the park is an enclosed zone with own entrance lodge. The Tesco shopping centre and the R8 road are nearby. The park is easily accessible by regular public transport. In 2008 the new underground route from Ládví to Letňany was opened, which allowed direct connection to the city centre.
