It is a Park located right at the heart of Moravia, in the city district of Olomouc - Nemilany. The region is one of the most important ones in the Czech Republic. On the overall area of around 100,000 m2, construction of four buildings for light industry and logistics is planned. An excellent connection of the site to the city centre of Olomouc, e.g. thanks to the railway station on the route connecting Olomouc, Prostějov and Brno, makes this location a truly attractive one.
