The site where 5 halls with overall area of around 40,000 m2 will be constructed within the next 2 years, is situated near the municipality of Nýřany, about 12 km away from Pilsen. The buildings designed especially for the purposes of logistics and light industry, will be well visible from the highway: the possibility of developing shopping premises and showrooms is therefore also planned. Immediate vicinity of the regional capital and a railway station about 3 km away also mean a good availability of labour force
