VGP Park Lovosice is located in the industrial zone near the D8 highway, with approach road to roads E55 and E442. The overall built-up area shall cover around 20,000 m2 of warehousing, manufacturing and administrative premises.

The town of Lovosice is a transfer nod, allowing connecting road, railway and water carriage. There is a bulk railway station in the vicinity. The area offers the best connection of the Czech Republic with Scandinavia, with he industrial Ruhr Area and with the countries of Benelux. Regular lines connecting Lovosice with Duisburg and Lovosice with Hamburg with connecting lines offering combined shipping are also in operation there.

Lovosice is a container port of the Elbe line and ETC – Elbe line, as well as a three-modal terminal of combined shipping with a transloading facility for general, loose, liquid and heavy cargo. Container terminal and a container depot constitute a part of the port.

The zone is located in an area with a relatively high unemployment and with a considerable support of the governmental bodies and EU funds.
