It is a building for semi-industrial purposes, located on the outskirts of the regional capital Liberec, inside the industrial zone Liberec – Jih (South). The overall area of the Park is over 10,900 m2. The office part of the building offers premises of high standards, suitable even for top management; these could also be used as outlets or exhibition premises.

The geographical position of Liberec forming a part of the Nisa Euroregion, which associates the Czech Republic with Germany and Poland, promises a high development potential to its future tenants.
