VGP Park Hradec Králové is located in Dobřenice near Hradec Králové (15 km). The total area of the site is more than 135 000 m2. Currently, the park has four from totally planned five buildings, suitable for light industry production or logistics, with the total built-up area more than 49 000 m2.
The location is easy accessible from the highway D11. There is also a regular train and bus connection to/from Hradec Králové. Kradec Králové has nearly 100,000 inhabitants and thanks to its long industrial history and the fact it is a seat of many secondary schools and the Technical University it becomes a rich source of highly qualified labour force.
The site is located next to the newly finished highway D11 in direction Hradec Králové – Prague, exit 76.
