VGP signed a future lease agreement for a long-term lease of the new seat of the company První Elektro, which is being designed as hall VI. A combination of warehouse and administrative premises of 2.000 sqm will be constructed in the following months in Horní Počernice. The building will be handed over to První Elektro in the spring of next year.
