New future lease agreement signed

VGP concluded the future lease agreement for premises in the building E.

The future lease agreement for 6.400 sqm of warehouse and administrative premises in Horní Počernice was signed with a well-known Czech company. The lease term is 7 years. The premises will be handed over in September 2010.
