Skanska in Horní Počernice

On February 16, 2010 a future lease agreement was signed with Skanska a.s. for a building in Horní Počernice.

VGP will develop a new building for Skanska with a lettable area of more than 4 500 m2. Skanska will use the premises for the production of aluminum windows, fasade and metal plates and also for the production of low voltage switchboards
