The CEE Real Estate Quality Awards for VGP Park Horní Počernice

The 6th Central & Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards which was held on 25th February 2009 in Warsaw (Poland) awarded the CEE Real Estate Industrial & Logistics Development of the Year 2008 award to VGP Park Horní Počernice.

The jury made up of senior executives from major developers, investors, financiers and agents, choose the project VGP Park Horní Počernice - Phase 2 for its attention to location and access, development quality and scale as well as its commercial success in a challenging market segment and business climate.

The awards, presented by CEE Insight Forum in association with the Financial Times, were given for the outstanding performance and achievement in real estate segment of ten countries of the Central and Eastern European region.

VGP Park Horní Počernice is located on the east outskirt of the capital city of Prague (Czech Republic), at Prague’s ring road,
adjacent to the highway R10 in direction to Mladá Boleslav/Liberec and at less than 3 km from the commercial centre Černy Most and its metro connection. A network of bus lines provides fluent public transport between the park and the metro station. The first construction works started in spring 2006. Since then, the park has become the seat of more than 50 tenants. The park offers premises ranging from 1.000 m2 up to units of 50.000 m2, suitable for semi industrial activities, warehousing and logistics services as well as office and commercial space.
The park covers a total surface of 100 hectares, with more than 350.000 m2 of lettable area.

Production, BASF, Bell Technology, BLG Logistics, Coca-Cola, Continental Automotive, CPS Container Packing Station, Dandeli Foods, Den Braven, DSV Road, Gimborn, IKEA, Internet Mall, Kofola, Landgard, Lekkerland, MT Transport, Nilfisk Advances, Océ, OK-Color, RM Gastro, Satrema, Sikla Bohemia, Timbeum, STROM Praha, TNT Post ČR, Tuplex, U & WE Advertising, UTi (CZ), Václav Čížek, Veba, textilní závody,WAVIN Ekoplastik and others.
