VGP ranks second in a prestigious competition

On Tuesday, November 4, the CzechInvest Agency together with the AFI – Association for Foreign Investments and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic held the 8th year of Business Real Estate of the Year, a prestigious competition.

Project VGP Park Horní Počernice VGP Park ranked second in category “Industrial Park with Greatest Economic Contribution”.

This category was included in the competition for the first time this year. The projects submitted were assessed according to the amount of investments spent in 2007, the size of the area of industrial parks implemented by the end of 2007 and the size of the area occupied by investors.

Tomas Van Geet received the prize for the second position from the hands of Alexandra Rudyšarová, Managing Director of CzechInvest.
