VGP in Slovakia started with construction of Park Malacky

On 21 April 2008, company VGP Slovakia a.s. started with the construction of industrial park in Malacky.

VGP Slovakia a.s. is one of VGP group companies which runs semi-industrial parks all over the Czech Republic. Since last year, the group has developed activities also in other countries of the Central European region.

The total area of the park in Malacky is more than 220 000 sq m and the company plans to build five buildings with the total area of approximately 88 000 sq m in the future. The construction was started with the development of hall of the size of more than 12 600 sq m. The first tenants may begin using the premises as early as October 2008. The whole construction of the park is planned to be completed by 2012. - more
