The acquisition of the property in Mladá Boleslav has been successfully completed.

We have extended the existing land by another 52,292 m2 intended for the construction of semi-industrial buildings.

Just before the end of the year, we have finished the acquisition of land in the cadastral community of Plazy near Mladá Boleslav, thus extending our portfolio in the Czech Republic by another 52,292 m2. Currently, we dispose of a building permit for around 12,000 m2 of semi-industrial buildings, with the option of further extension. We are planning to launch the construction as soon as in spring of 2008.
The area of Mladá Boleslav is a very important industrial area of the Czech Republic, not only due to the automotive industry, but also thanks to the excellent accessibility from the R10 highway connecting Prague with the capital of North Bohemia – Liberec.
