VGP Park in Příšovice has a new leaseholder

In October, we informed you about the launch of a new construction project in Příšovice. Today, we already know the new user of those premises – the company Grupo Antolin Turnov, Ltd.

The agreement on future lease of 6th December, 2007, was concluded for around 5,500 m2 of warehousing and manufacturing premises, including ancillary offices. The anticipated date of handing the premises over for use is April 2008.

GRUPO ANTOLIN is a prominent global car industry component manufacturer. It is a multinational corporation of Spanish origin, one of the leaders in design, development, logistics and manufacturing of interior components for the car industry in 23 countries worldwide. The corporation has been operating in the Czech Republic since 1998.
