The construction of VGP Park Nýřany has been launched

In late summer, we started the construction of another one of our projects – the VGP Park Nýřany. The new complex is located less then 12 km from Pilsen, in the near vicinity of the D5 highway from Prague to Rozvadov.

In late summer, we started the construction of another one of our projects – the VGP Park Nýřany. The new complex is located less then 12 km from Pilsen, in the near vicinity of the D5 highway from Prague to Rozvadov.
Our goal is to develop an industrial park in this site, comprising of 6 halls for logistics and light industry. With regard to the strategic positioning of the site and considering the good visibility from the highway, the buildings will also be suitable for other purposes, such as use for showroom premises.

The project was launched by the construction of the B1 hall, with the overall space capacity of 10,309 m2 warehousing premises. This building is developed for Ranpak, a company which shall thus start their activities in the Czech Republic. We wish Ranpak every success in their launch!

Ranpak is an international company founded in 1972. They are currently one of the leading manufacturers of packaging materials.
